Professionalism means meeting organizational expectations for work schedule, behavior, appearance, and communication. Since workers in this career cluster are often tasked with representing the public's needs and wishes, they also need to have Integrity. Integrity means complying with laws, procedures, and workplace policies, as well as demonstrating honesty, fairness, and respect.
