Introduction to Topic 4.3 - Radical Expressions

In this topic we will explore how to simplify radical expressions (those expressions containing radical terms with rational numbers and variables), and expressions containing terms with rational exponents. In reality, these expressions are equivalent, because any radical may be written in rational exponent form, and any term containing a rational exponent may be written in radical form.
