Artists often exhibit their work for the public to view and exhibits can be found everywhere. You may have seen artwork on display at restaurants, museums or festivals. Prior to sharing their work, artists create many pieces; however, only some of their work appears in an exhibit. When selecting artwork to display, an artist typically chooses objects that best reflect his/her artistic ability and point of view.
As a writer, you will be doing something similar in this course. You will create a digital portfolio. This portfolio is a collection of work that best portrays you as a writer. It will allow you to exhibit your best writing samples, projects, and reflections that illustrate your personal journey of self-discovery.
