While most driving trips have a destination, the road to health, fitness, and wellness is ongoing and enjoyable for the long haul of your life. Throughout this course, you learned a vast amount of information about health, fitness, and wellness, but you still have an incredible amount of knowledge to gather. By doing research on your own, and continuing your efforts to stay informed about health and fitness, you can lead a life of balance.
This module contains information to guide you as you create a physical activity plan to use for the duration of your life. Although this may seem daunting, breaking your plan down step by step will help you focus on one small piece at a time.
Getting Started
Take a moment to think about what you want your life to look like five, ten, and twenty years from now. What are your goals? Where do you see yourself? In your journal, compose a four-to-five sentence paragraph that answers each of the questions above. Your answers will help you complete the assignment for this module. Once you have completed your journal entry, please save it with the file name of mod10_plans and submit it to the journal dropbox.
