High-Performance Machinery

Car GaugeClose your eyes and think about the term "high performance." When you think of a high-performance car, what do you see? How does it move? How does it perform? Your body can be a high-performance machine as well. It takes knowing your body and how to train it in order to build its performance capabilities.

This module is dedicated to making the body stronger, for athletics or lifestyle activity. While you are getting stronger, you will also take a closer look at bones, muscle, joints, and the movements they provide. You will see what it takes to become an elite athlete and what you can learn from those athletes, even if you do not aspire to perform at that level.
