Stress has many sources and is handled differently by everyone. You need to identify your sources of stress and find ways to reduce it. If you find yourself feeling frazzled and overwhelmed, it is time to take action to bring your nervous system back into balance. Remember the skills you developed in order to reduce stress, manage time, and resolve and avoid conflict.
