Happy TeenagersIn this module, you learned how to avoid risky behaviors associated with social networking and several outdoor activities. You studied some common risky behaviors, and discovered several precautions that you can take to avoid them. You are well-equipped to react to situations that involve risky behaviors, including various emergency situations.

You also learned that one way to avoid common risky behaviors and improve your overall health is to participate in aerobic activities. Aerobics can reduce your level of stress and provide a great source of cardiovascular exercise. Running, walking, kickboxing, step, dance, and water aerobics are several examples of aerobic exercise.
