You can promote personal health and the health of those in your community by being prepared for natural disasters and emergency situations. Each type of disaster requires you to prepare differently. However, if you and your family design a communication plan and create a basic emergency supply kit, you will be ready for any disaster.
You can promote a safe and conflict-free sporting environment by being a reliable, committed, truthful, honest, and ethical team player.
