In the Warm-Up, you learned that the Anglo-Saxons enjoyed creating riddles for amusement. For this assignment, you will need to create two riddles of your own. One of your riddles will address an event or topic related to the Anglo-Saxon period, while the other will address an event or topic related to the Medieval Period.
Your riddles should be creative and entertaining. Since your instructor and your coursemates will be reading the riddles, you should make them challenging, but not impossible to understand. Each riddle should be at least five to seven lines in length, and you should include an answer with the submissions of your riddles.
Before you begin, review the Anglo-Saxon and Medieval Riddles Checklist to make sure that you include all of the items required for full credit. You may need to use resources outside of this course to complete this assignment. If so, please submit a Works Cited document. If you need assistance, visit the Developmental Module for information on citing resources.
Once you have completed your riddles, please submit your work to the dropbox.
