Through the prewriting, organizing, drafting, revising, and editing stages of your formal research paper, you have worked hard to produce a polished writing product that expounds on the important positive contribution of a historical person. You have even submitted feedback on a peer's research paper in exchange for feedback and suggestions on your own work. Now that you have explored ideas for publication in this topic, you are ready to finalize your research paper and prepare it for publication.
Using feedback from your instructor and other reviewers, determine what revisions are appropriate for your paper and incorporate them carefully and accurately into your final draft. After you have finished, make sure you can read your paper from beginning to end without coming across any errors or weaknesses.
Before you begin the assignment, review the Research Paper Rubric to help you complete your assignment and understand how your work will be graded.
