Interrogative Words

Reporter
Reporters and journalists who conduct interviews must prepare their important questions ahead of time. Can you imagine a reporter showing up to interview someone without any prepared questions? In this assignment, you will prepare questions as if you were a reporter on assignment in France.

Imagine that you are a reporter for the French Times, and you have the opportunity to conduct an exclusive interview with a famous French musician. What would you ask the musician? Create five questions that you would ask the musician, using five different interrogative words. Remember, this is a formal conversation and you will need to use vous, not tu.

Before you begin, access the French Times Checklist to make sure that you include all of the items required for full credit. You may need to use resources outside of this course to complete this assignment. If so, please submit a Works Cited document. If you need assistance, visit the Developmental Module for information on citing any resources that you used.
