Developing an informational pamphlet is just the first step in helping others achieve good mental and emotional health. The second step involves advocating that mental health resources be available in your school and community. As a class, choose the mental health pamphlet that you feel conveys the strongest message. Why is this resource valuable? How can you make the pamphlet available to others in your school or community, and who needs to give you permission? Which coursemates will take the initiative to accomplish the task?
Post your responses in the discussion area. Then return to the topic several times over the next few days to read your coursemates' posts. Reply to at least two of them, making sure to offer new insights, ask questions, and encourage further conversation.
You may create your pamphlet using publishing, word processing or presentation software, or by hand.
