Although the term has a negative connotation, not all forms of peer pressure are bad. In fact, sometimes the pressure you experience from your peers can be beneficial. For example, you may feel pressure from your peers to complete your portion of a group project. If you have ever been part of a sports team, you may have felt pressured to practice.
