Welcome to World Geography

The world is a fascinating place. Whether you realize it or not, many aspects of your life are based on geography. Wherever you look, it is difficult to miss the impact of geography on the landscape. From physical features like mountains, forests, and bodies of water, to human impacts like buildings, roads, and other infrastructure, geography is everywhere. The languages, traditions, and religions of the world are all facets of geography. So are the boundaries and economic processes used to organize and develop the world.
Many people dream of exploring the world and experiencing elements of geography firsthand. However, not everyone can put their life on pause and travel. This is why GEOTREX has been searching for the perfect group of high school students to recruit as interns. This cutting edge digital media organization will send student interns to various regions of the world. Interns will offer personal accounts of experiences to friends, family, and future travelers. Their experiences will focus on geographical landscapes, cultural characteristics, and economic structures.
You have been selected to become a GEOTREX intern. For the duration of the year, you will provide rich content to post on GEOTREX’s social media pages. These posts will tell the story of your journey around the globe. They will also provide you with reflections, images, and other media that will change the way you look at life and your local surroundings.
