Advertisements and commercials are made for one purpose -- to persuade. Sometimes those ads play on the emotions of the audience and use propaganda devices.

Think of your favorite advertisement or commercial. Why is it so appealing? Has it or does it make you want to purchase the product or service? What specific elements in the advertisement or commercial make it persuasive?
