It not only reveals Juliet's inner turmoil but also gives the audience a foreshadowing of the tragic events to come in the final act of the play. To ensure that you have a good understanding of the significance of this moment in the play, sit down with Juliet's soliloquy and rewrite her speech using the modern English that you use today.
