Choosing the Right Fuel: Intro to Good Nutrition

What foods do you typically eat in a regular day, and which foods are your favorites? Do you consider your diet healthy, and if so, why? If you do not consider your diet to be healthy, explain some new foods you could incorporate into your diet to make it healthier.
