Choose a fast food restaurant and explore the nutritional facts section of its website. Select three of your favorite foods on its menu, and then use the Fast Food Facts Information Chart to gather the per serving information for each of the following items:

  • The number of calories
  • The total fat (g)
  • The carbohydrates (g)
  • The amount of sugar (g)
  • The amount of dietary fiber (g)
  • The amount of protein (g)

Make sure that you identify the name of the fast-food restaurant, the website you used, and the name of each food that you select.
