As you sit, how do your muscles feel? Without starting any form of physical activity, your muscles are cold. It is not recommended to stretch cold muscles. In this Warm-Up activity, you are going to warm up your muscles to see how they feel before you learn how to properly stretch. To get started, perform a physical activity of your choosing for 10 to 15 minutes. For example, you can jog, or jog in place, take a leisurely bike ride, walk, practice your favorite sport outdoors, or play catch. After you finish warming up your muscles, think about the following questions:
