Problem Solving and Cognitive Principles

To demonstrate how to solve problems, attempt to connect all of the dots in the puzzle to the right without picking up your pen, and by using only four lines. Access the Dot Puzzle to make a minimum of three attempts that show how you tried to solve the puzzle. Submit your attempts to the dropbox.

Was there anything about your thinking processes that made it difficult to find a solution to the puzzle? Identify at least two types of cognition you used when attempting to solve the problem. Choose from the below list of terms:
