Due to his financial woes, King Louis XIV needs to sell the Palace of Versailles and has hired you to make the sale. To get started, you will need to design an informational flyer about the property and its owner to hand out at an open house.

Your success in selling the Palace of Versailles hinges on this flyer, so be creative! Your flyer should include the following information:

  • The location of the Palace of Versailles
  • Any two important selling points or features
  • Three pictures, images, or maps
  • Information about the seller, King Louis XIV, including his accomplishments in uniting France
  • A listing price
  • The name of your real estate agency
