For this application, determine four goals that will help four different body systems run more smoothly now and in the future.
As you write your four examples, make sure you identify whether each goal is a short-term or a long-term goal, how you plan to accomplish each, and the body system you are trying to support.

One of my long-term goals this year is to improve my respiratory system. To do this, I plan to move at least ten feet away from anyone who is smoking in my vicinity. This will help me get cleaner air into my lungs.
