Make a list of at least five sports or physical activities that require muscular strength and/or endurance. Which of these sports or physical activities focus on upper-body strength? Which of the items from your list focus on lower-body strength? Which of these items incorporate both upper-body and lower-body strength?
Next, make a list of at least five tasks that you do on a daily basis. How would your ability to complete these tasks be altered if you did not have much muscular strength or endurance? How would your ability to complete these tasks be altered if you had more muscular strength or endurance than you do now?
Now that you have written your thoughts about muscular strength and endurance and activities that involve them, circle at least two activities that you would most enjoy doing.
