What are some daily tasks that would be easier to complete if you were more flexible? Why do you think these tasks would be easier?
Next, make a list of at least five physical activities that you think would make you more flexible. Be specific. These activities might be exercises, games, sports, or other physical activities that you already do or would like to do.
Now that you have made these two lists and have written explanations about them, circle at least three activities that you would most enjoy incorporating into your daily fitness routine that would improve your flexibility.
