When you think of exercise, do not just think of it as another dreaded activity to add to your daily routine. Find an exercise that you will enjoy, and make it a part of your daily routine. Any type of exercise activity can help you reduce stress and improve your overall quality of health.

Reach out to your school and community to find activities that are offered in your area. Many schools and communities offer group sports or clubs that involve walking, running, yoga, Pilates, hiking, and biking for free or at a very little cost.
