Check for Understanding
Now that you have explored the components of a fitness program, you will engage in a "check for understanding" conversation with your instructor. This conversation will serve as your Application for this topic, and will cover information on warm-up exercises. Before you engage in your “check for understanding” conversation, you should select three upper-body warm-up exercises and three lower-body warm-up exercises that you can include as part of your own fitness program. You should be able to describe the exercises, as well as the number of repetitions of each exercise you will complete. Please submit a Works Cited document, as you will need to use resources outside of this course to assist in your selection of warm-up exercises.
