Get America Out

Through the New Deal, President Roosevelt implemented many initiatives that helped get the United States out of the Great Depression. Think of an original program that was not included in the New Deal, but would likely have helped Americans during this difficult time period. Then, come up with the name of a new agency to help implement the program. Create a graphic organizer that details the importance of your agency. The graphic organizer can be in any format you deem appropriate.

Options for creating your graphic organizer include the following:

1. Hand draw your graphic organizer, and then take a picture of it to submit to the assignment's dropbox.
2. Use a graphics, word processing, or other type of software to design your graphic organizer, and then submit it to the assignment's dropbox.
