Follow the seven steps that you learned in this topic on how to create, implement, and evaluate a fitness plan designed to help you improve your skill in a specific sport. You should plan to dedicate a total of two weeks to improving your selected skill. As you carry out your practice plan, you will complete the Practice Plan Template to guide you through the completion of all necessary components of your practice plan. You may need to use resources outside of this course to complete this assignment. If so, please submit a Works Cited document. If you need assistance, visit the Developmental Module for information on citing resources. Before you begin, review the Practice Plan Checklist to make sure that you include all of the items required for full credit.
